I grew up with a healthy, Mediterranean diet in Turkey. After moving to the US, I struggled with maintaining a healthy diet and weight.
I ate fast, convenient, processed foods for three years and felt awful both physically and mentally. So, I experienced opposite sides of the spectrum and how food can impact your well-being.

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor who brings awareness to your current habits and helps you set and achieve your goals.
In coaching, we do not give you a diet plan. Instead, we empower you to explore what works for you in the long term so that you can take your health into your own hands rather than relying on external motivations/factors.
We help you uncover the root causes of your struggles by asking intentional questions so that you can gain self-awareness and make long-lasting changes.
We also present a wide variety of holistic health information and tools to help you heal and nourish your mind and body both on and off the plate.

No. This is a 1:1 coaching program where you will get personalized support from me.

Each session is 1 hour. We meet over Zoom.

The program cost is $495.
Payment can be done weekly, biweekly, or in full.

It depends on your current diet, lifestyle, and habits. It’s hard for me to answer this question without getting to know you. That’s why I recommend you set up a free consultation session with me so that I can learn about where you are in your health journey, where you hope to go, and see if we are a good fit.
I always encourage my clients to take their focus off the number on the scale because it’s not an indicator of health. But I totally understand and respect if losing weight is one of your goals.
I could say that if you follow my lead throughout the program, you can lose weight. Our focus will be building a healthy, balanced diet so that you can break free from diet and weight loss mentality and maintain a healthy weight without dieting and restricting yourself for the long term.
