ONE PAN MAPLE GLAZED SALMON & veggies

Maple Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner with Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts is the ultimate one-pan meal. This easy-to-make recipe offers a balanced, flavorful dinner with minimal effort and cleanup—perfect for any night of the week!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb wild-caught salmon fillets

  • 1 bag of Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • salt + black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Arrange Brussels sprouts and cubed sweet potatoes on a sheet pan.

  4. Pour half the dressing over the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Roast for 15 minutes.

  5. Then add salmon to the sheet pan and pour the remaining dressing over the salmon.

  6. Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
